By using the website and services of Excellence Process Service Inc (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide legal support services including service of process, skip tracing, court filing, document retrieval, and mobile notary services. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on location, recipient availability, and court schedules.

Scope of service attempts

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each service fee covers up to three (3) attempts at a single address. Additional attempts, or attempts at any further address, are quoted and billed separately.

While we pursue every assignment diligently and in good faith, we cannot guarantee a successful outcome. We are not responsible for addresses that prove to be incorrect, outdated, or incomplete; for parties who conceal themselves, evade service, or relocate; or for any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control. Fees earned for attempted service remain payable in such cases.

Orders and payment

Orders are accepted through our online intake form or by direct arrangement. Payment is required before service begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are based on service type, location, urgency, and any special requirements.

Accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful instructions, documents, and recipient information. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect information.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our principal office is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
