How to prepare documents

Well-prepared documents help your process server work faster and reduce the chance of a failed attempt.

1. Include complete information

Provide the recipient's full legal name, current address, phone number, and any known schedule or workplace information. The more details, the better.

2. Label documents clearly

Make sure every page is readable and in order. Include case numbers, captions, and any special instructions from your court.

3. Upload high-quality files

When ordering online, upload clear PDFs. Avoid low-resolution scans, crooked photos, or files with missing pages.

4. Provide special instructions

Let us know about gated communities, security desks, dangerous animals, or any other access issues. Safety and efficiency matter.

5. Keep copies for your records

Always retain a copy of what you send. Once service is complete, we will return the original proof of service for your files.
